konqil.icio.us 1.2 released!

Finally got around to releasing konqil.icio.us 1.2. Changes include:

• Minor bug fixes to documentation
• Rewritten install notes are more clear
• Bug fix to allow perl to be run in strict mode
• Integrated uri_escape patch from Pat Cito
